Featuring names like The Capital Grille, Seasons 52 and Eddie V’s, Darden is a leader in the specialty restaurant group category. Its National Account Team provides event planners with a single point of contact, no matter which
of their restaurants or how many locations are involved in a simultaneous event. We needed to find an efficient way to leverage this point of difference and maximize response.

INSIGHT
With meeting planners, every occasion is a high risk-dining event. They need to know their clients’ expectations will be met – and exceeded – no matter how complex the booking. So we set out to make their job easier right from the start. As part of our National Account Program, we developed a sales and planning kit that could be sent ahead – specifically to those booking events to be linked by videocast across multiple locations.
